CERNOS SMS provides autonomous, repeatable monitoring of seabed conditions and alerts stakeholders when scour volume or profile changes exceed defined thresholds.

How CERNOS SMS works
A high-resolution sonar scans the surrounding seabed across a radius of up to 100 metres and through 360 degrees. Edge-processing technology converts the sonar data into periodic 3D seabed models. Each new scan is compared against an established baseline to identify changes in scour volume or seabed profile.
When a client-defined threshold is breached, nominated stakeholders receive an email and SMS notification, including a link to download the latest model for detailed office-based assessment.
